In the early 1990s we pioneered in-house search and selection where we worked exclusively for one client at a time, over an extended period, to manage the recruitment of all levels of professional staff into the organisation. This model is extremely effective in producing high-calibre hires at costs-per-hire of 50% or less of those charged by traditional search and selection and other recruitment providers. Also time-to-hire is considerably reduced. The service can be tiered to provide permanent and contract staff at all levels from admin and technical staff up to, and including, top-level management.
In-sourcing requires our staff to be embedded within the client organisation and to work closely with Human Resources and top-level management and hiring managers.
